We collect your name, residence, city, county, one verification contact and your consent. Signatures count only after verification and, where required, review.
Your name, city, country, county and signature date may be delivered to Albanian institutions. Contact details are encrypted and excluded from that list. Campaign updates require a separate opt in.
We do not use advertising trackers. We store only salted IP hashes for abuse protection and anonymous page counts. Cloudflare Turnstile and the email or SMS provider support security and verification.
Unverified submissions are deleted after 7 days. Contact details are deleted according to the configured retention period after the campaign ends.
You can request access or deletion using the data request form. We must confirm your identity before processing a request. Before opening the petition, the controller must supply their details and review the legal basis, retention periods, rights, international transfers and complaints procedure.
