How your data is handled

The representative name, role and email are stored encrypted and stay private.
All private application contents are removed 90 days after receipt, including drafted or rejected applications.
Published CMS organization records remain until withdrawn.
They are never used for marketing.
Only approved organization details are published, after authorization is confirmed.
This request is not an individual signature and does not change the petition signature count.
